Hi there, we’re Austin and Heather!
We’re the designers and owners of Briarwood Farm. We have been married for 4 years and have two amazing boys Hayes and Ryder. The farm is our favorite place to be, you can often find us spending time in the barn, riding horses or enjoying a bonfire under the stars. Austin has always had a love for working with his hands and what began as a hobby turned into a small business. That hobby is now a passion to provide people with incredible custom furniture at an affordable price.

At Briarwood Farm, we design and craft customizable tables, cutting boards, bar tops, shelves and anything else you can dream up of wood. We love seeing our customers show off their custom pieces in their homes. Quality and service are our number one priorities as we believe that each order is unique and deserves our full attention. We can’t wait to work with you to bring custom woodwork to your home.
OUR PROCESS
01. DREAM IT
After you submit your personalized product order, we will reach out to you to begin the design process. Once your product order is placed, Austin will conduct a follow up phone call to discuss further details about your customizable piece.
02. DESIGN IT
We bring together your ideas to craft a unique piece just for you. From choosing the type of lumber, style, finish, and adding accessories–we take this stage very seriously. The Design Stage can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to finalize the design.
03. BUILD IT
Once the design and style is locked in, we begin hand crafting your custom piece of furniture. In this phase, we keep you updated on the project's status, sending progress photos to ensure you are happy with the product and have time to make changes before delivery.
04. DELIVER IT
We deliver (and assemble if needed) right to your home. Our delivery fee is factored in to every custom order so don’t worry about extra costs (local deliveries). If you choose to purchase a piece of custom furniture and live more than 50 miles away, we will discuss delivery details.

We provide free local delivery and set up within 50 miles of Byron Center, Michigan. *Nationwide shipping is also available. Please contact us for more details.

We use a few different colors from Rubio Monocoat. VIEW RUBIO SITE HERE. All pieces are finished with a 5 year ceramic coating to ensure a durable, long lasting finish.
